Job Description
Semi-Technical Voice Process:
Candidate should be able to solve the technical issues related to electronic products and home appliances and provide a solution for the same.
Provide Support in inbound call center.
Document & add new issues/solutions to Knowledge Management Repository.
Utilize professional techniques to retain & delight customers.
Use of soft skills - Listen, Empathy, Courtesy etc.
Provide quality service & resolve concerns efficiently & professionally
Shift window: Day window (6am-12pm), Night window (8pm 6am)
Salary Package: 1.68 LPA - 2.5LPA
